Women's sevens team captain Sarah Goss led her side to a silver medal at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and gold medal at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Goss has developed into one of the leading sevens players in the world. The captain has several accolades to her name including World Champion in 2013, Olympic silver medallist in 2016, defending Commonwealth Games champion and four-time World Series winner. Goss' game is characterised by her tireless work-ethic and dogged defence.
