In an exciting day of beach volleyball action at the Trinbago 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games, both the women's and men's teams showcased their prowess, securing their spots in the semi-finals.

The women’s team put on a dominant display over Mozambique winning 21-10, 21-11. Kiana Stevenson and Tineke Hinton, looked in excellent form and now have a semi-final meeting with Australia.

“We are pretty tired, it’s very hot out on court, but we keep going and push through,’ Stevenson said.

On the men’s side – Juraj Krajci and Calum Stewart faced off against Rwanda, continuing their unbeaten streak to beat the Rwandans 21-6, 21-16.

The New Zealand Men will face England in their semi final.
