Jackson Wells represented New Zealand at the Lillehammer Olympic Winter Youth Games, placing 6th in the slopestyle.

The youngest of the Wells brothers, Jackson, AKA 'Wacko', has managed to bring his own creative style to his skiing.

He began riding the park on his home mountain of Cardrona soon after he could walk but also spent valuable time refining his technique on the race track. At the age of 11 Jackson won gold in the K2 age group in the Kombi race at the prestigious Whistler Cup in Canada.

In 2017 Jackson landed a bronze medal on debut at the X Games, one of the most prestigious events on the international freeski competition circuit.

When he's not on the snow Wells enjoys skateboarding and is also a keen cook.
