Five weeks in #Flagstaff coming to a close. Time to head home get some oxygen! Big thanks to NAU for the use of their track facilities. Though it's at 7000 feet, the track is really really fast. Distance runners: do you incorporate hurldes into your training routine? For those that have what benfits have you noticed?
