The NZOC wishes to formally give notice of their Members Forum and General Assembly in 2023.

Time: 1.00pm–2.45pm: Members Forum, 3.00pm–5.00pm: Annual General Assembly
Currently, the General Assembly will have a core focus on electing two new Board Members with Tony Hall stepping down, having fulfilled his full tenure with distinction, and an additional vacancy created as Liz Dawson was elected President, replacing Mike Stanley at the end of his distinguished tenure in late 2022.
Amy Tea Consulting Limited have been appointed to assist the NZOC with the recruitment of our new Board Members. They will commence advertising the position in market shortly and work with us through the recruitment process, before passing to the NZOC Board Appointments Panel to manage the final selection. Please find attached the position description and advertisement. Please pass on to candidates you feel are suitable.
We also note there will be changes to our Constitution as part of a proactive renewal and review. We will consult with you prior to the General Assembly in mid-to- late February 2023.
Formal invitations and the ability to register for the event will be sent out to members with the Final Agenda and accompanying papers.
