Rio was Jacko's first Olympic Games but he was no stranger to international competition.

Jacko first came to international prominence in 2010 when he won the World Under 20 shot put title aged just 15. In 2011 he won the World Under 18 championship, setting a world record 24.35 in the process. He is still 1.22m ahead of the next best ever in the age group.
