16-year-old Isla will be representing New Zealand in Women's Hockey at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games. Isla is a student at St Cuthbert's College in Auckland, for whom she plays in addition to the Mt Eden Club. Isla's hobbies include hockey, soccer, wakeboarding, water skiing and surfing. So far, Isla's sporting highlight has been winning gold at the Youth Olympic Games qualifier in Vanuatu in March 2014. Isla's role model is Helen Clarke and her favourite quote is, “There is no ‘I' in team.”
