Tokyo will be Northland defender Ella Gunson's second Olympics after competing in London in 2012. She has also been to two Commonwealth Games, winning gold at Gold Coast 2018 and silver at Delhi 2010.
Gunson is a superb communicator and an excellent reader of the game, who positions herself well and can open up a match out of defence. She has more than 200 caps for her country.
