Arorangi Tauranga

With only two years of sevens under her belt, Tauranga has developed quickly. A nippy halfback, Tauranga has played representative touch and basketball and took up sevens to try something different. Tauranga said winning the Oceania Under 18 Sevens Champs was her most memorable sporting achievement.

"Arorangi has a touch background, her vision and ability to put people in space is one of her assets that make her a great halfback.  Arorangi has a desire to learn more about sevens and is a fast learner, her skills transfer great from touch."
