Boxer Alexis Pritchard is an Olympian and two-time Commonwealth Games athlete.
The Aucklander became the first ever female New Zealand boxer to win a bout at the Olympic Games, when she beat her Tunisian opponent in the round of 16. She went on to place 5th.
Competing at her second Commonwealth Games, Pritchard won bronze in the under 57Kg category at Gold Coast 2018.
The boxer now works as a mindset and performance coach and is a member of the NZOC's Olympians Commission.
Pritchard is also a graduate of the Women's Sport Leadership Academy, a programme designed to enable women to transition from the field of play to the boardroom.
