Simon Child

One of the games new young super stars who made his debut for the Black Sticks in 2005 aged just 16. Now 20 years old – he has already played over 70 tests for New Zealand and is almost certain to become one of the most capped players in New Zealand hockey history. Simon’s career high was winning the Olympic Qualifying Tournament recently held in Auckland, while is career low was losing to Argentina in the 2007 Champions Challenge Final.
