Thanks to Rugby Sevens Olympic silver medallists (English) and Portia Woodman (Te Reo) for the voice overs.

What’s coming up?

Follow us on social media and right here at www.thenzteam.com where, over the next year, we’ll be sharing

  • the incredible stories of our athletes and what it means to them to Earn the Fern on the world’s stage.
  • the new sports we’ll see in Tokyo
  • what it’s like training, living and competing in one of the world’s most exciting cities.

From February 2020 we’ll start naming the New Zealand Olympic Team and by July we expect it to number more than 200 athletes – our largest team ever.
