Sarah is a two-time Olympian, who specialised in the Europe class. Competing at both the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympic Games, Sarah managed top ten finishes on her signature boat.

Coached by an Olympian (Leslie Egnot), Sarah sailed out of the Kohimarama Yacht Club
