Multi-talented Rebecca Rolls holds the rare distinction of having played for New Zealand in two different codes, first making her mark in football before going on to enjoy an international cricket career as a wicket-keeper.

Rebecca was a member of the Football Ferns before swapping codes in 1994 to focus on cricket. She represented the White Ferns in 104 matches before returning to football as a goalkeeper in 2012. That call paid off as she was included in the Ferns squad for London in 2012 but has largely acted as an understudy since returning to the national side, firstly to Jenny Bindon and then current incumbent Erin Nayler.

She is the oldest member of the squad and, aside from her on-pitch attributes, has an important role in passing on her knowledge to the younger players.
