Lou Guinares

Glasgow 2014 was the second Commonwealth Games for Lou. He placed 7th in the 56kg category. He also competed at the 2010 Games in Delhi where he placed 7^th. Lou has a current Commonwealth Ranking of 8^th and placed 1^st at the recent New Zealand Championships in October 2013.
