Cole Tinkler

While playing for the New Zealand Knights, the then teenage defender got his first taste of the All Whites environment when called up to the All Whites squad for a two match series against Malaysia, although the now 22 year old is still yet to win his first senior cap. However with a versatility that allows Cole to play in central defence, as a full back or even in midfield, and with international experience at U-17, U-20 and now U-23 level, chances are he'll complete the set.
